1. Acceptance

By using inBlop, you agree to these terms governed by the laws of India.

2. Nature of Service

inBlop is a booking platform connecting patients with independent doctors. We do not provide medical services or advice and are not party to the doctor–patient relationship.

3. Accounts

Patients register with a mobile number verified via OTP. Doctors register with email and password, and profiles go live only after administrative approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping credentials secure.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments are subject to doctor availability. Patients may cancel from their dashboard; repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions.

5. Payments

Consultation fees are paid directly to doctors via UPI. See our Payment Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the platform, provide false medical credentials, or book appointments for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

inBlop is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for medical outcomes, payment disputes, or indirect damages.
