Payment Policy

1. How Payments Work

Consultation fees are paid directly to the doctor via UPI, using the QR code or UPI ID shown on the doctor's profile. inBlop does not process or hold payments.

2. Booking Confirmation

After booking, your appointment is marked pending payment. Pay via the doctor's QR and submit the UPI transaction reference. The doctor confirms receipt, finalising the appointment.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

If you cancel before the consultation, refund eligibility is governed by the doctor's stated policy. Disputes about payments are strictly between patient and doctor; inBlop may assist in good faith but is not liable.

4. No Card Data

We never ask for card or banking credentials on the platform. Never share OTPs with anyone claiming to be from inBlop.

5. Future Changes

We may introduce online payment gateways in the future; this policy will be updated before that happens.
